空間美學SPACE
隈研吾在台灣唯一餐飲空間——「明粵」由國際建築大師隈研吾 KengoKuma & Associates 團隊打造,在設計上,他認為四面環海的台灣,飲食文化與海洋漁業息息相關,因此他便以「海蝕洞」景觀作為主視覺,再以挑高帷幕玻璃引進自然光,讓光影可隨時間與天氣的變化產生流動,亦呼應「海洋」對台灣人的飲食文化意義。
Located on the 5th floor of NOKE, the dining space was elaborately crafted by the internationally renowned architect Kengo Kuma and Associates team. Inspired by the form of the sea cave, the structure composed of natural building materials conveys the imagery of Taiwan's landscape.
